Hello all, my ride is a 87 v20 pickup. the tbi 350 that was in the truck was getting tired and I was looking to get some additional power as well so that gave me an excuse to pick this beast up to drop in after a good cleaning, and some paint. Came out of a friends truck who had it built for his truck, about 7k miles on it. He needed some money so I took it off his hands for him. I should have it running and and the road again withing a few weeks enjoy

looks cool bud...

Looks great ! I still am trying to decide if I want to put a big block in my k10. I could be wrong but it looks like you have notched your frame for the headers to fit ?

I would say go for it, yes I did have to notch for the passenger side. I am not the least bit impressed with the fitment and the quality of the hedman elite's. If i didnt need to get the truck done so soon I would have sent them back. you would think for $425 they would bolt right up with no trimming, but i guess that would be asking too much

Auto tranny? is it going to hold up to the '468'?

Looks good, gotta love BBC's

Yea its an auto, th400. engine should put out right around 450 hp so I guess ill wait and see how long she lasts. It has a delay when cold already so a tranny swap was next on my list anyway. I have a spare th400 that im going to rebuild once im done with the engine. Ill make sure it will hold up

Nice, can't go wrong with a big block!

Theres no replacement for displacement.

looks good, should be fun.....

wish I could run a BB in mine, I've got access to 502's and 496's every day.... I'll do it when I get my Willy's....
