4L80E -> NP205 aluminum adapter

So it seems like this has blown up lately, and that they're pretty readily available. But is anyone interested in an aluminum adapter to mate a 2WD 4L80E to a TH400 style NP205?

I have an extra collecting dust...

Uses factory o-rings, no machining or modifying factory parts required. I guess its worth about a hundred bucks.

FWIW, this should also work to bolt a NP203 to a 4X4 4L80e via factory TH400/NP203 adapter. this would allow doubler install without the np203 drill/tap routine.

and the one I bought is very nicely machined and finished

I'm interested in this. Can I get a clifnotes version of how to put a 4l80e in front of my 205 with this.

I'll take it. Why was I under the impression it took unicorn tears to mate a 4l80e to a 205?

it does if you want the 1 year only factory adaptor .
