52s and a dodge axle

New 52" swap question. I have a freind who will be running a Dodge 60 doing 52s up front.(on a chevy) Anyone got this setup. Big question is the shackle. The Dodges perches are a wee bit wider. So there will be a big gap in the shackle (frame end is still stock) Suggestions ideas. Just put a spacer in there to take up the dead space. Dogleg the shackle so there is no gap. Just looking for some ideas.

It's only a 1/4", you could shim the difference, or somebody has the bushing offset, but can't remember who?? Maybe ORD??

52's are a 1/4 narrower on each side anyways. usually you need to run a 1/4 washer on each side. but you can just run a 1/2 spacer on one side and be fine. its because 52's are 2.5" wide, and factory are 3".

It is 1/2" different overall. Watch the caster and driveline angles on the Dodge 60.
