    I'm looking to buy a chevy 3/4ton 4x4 with the 6.2L its a 1985 model.

My only question is how is the electrical system on these. To be more specific I'm talking about like adding on KC lights, Winch, Stereo, AMP etc. Is it the same as a regular Gasser.

The main differences with the diesel electrical system is the lack of a secondary ignition system(distributor, wires, and plugs) and the addition of a glow plug system. Other than that I would *assume* that the basic wiring throughout the rest of the truck is very similar if not identical.

6.2s also have a dual bettery setup. /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

BTW, brother, do us all a favor and fill in your profile a little more. Names and locations are nice- for all you know one of us lives a couple of blocks away!!!! /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
