Does anyone know of a company that makes a 6 on 5.5 wheel in 16.5 dia ? thanks - Andy
andy try tires and rims of america in calexico. that's where i got my 8lug 15 made. he personally knows the supplier up in orange county and told me he can get any type of combinatin made. (760) 768-8696 ask for john, he's the only one that knows his stuff.
Just curious, but what are your plans for these wheels?
umm for my hummer tires on my beefed ORD 10bolt and 12 bolt and i dont feel like swapping the axles off my CUCV yet ...
that answer it ?

WHAT ? HUH? DEAF ? CANT HEAR YA . ARE YOU MAKING FUN OF MY IDEA? ?
In no way am I making fun of your plan. I am very happy to see someone else who is willingly running 1/2 ton axles. I just have never thought of putting 16.5''s on them since 15''s seem to hold the beed better, but hey if you get the right deal on the tires, I guess that it would be worth changing rims.
no not making fun of your addiction , i applaud it hahah j/k
anyways , i had an idea for a "fix" for the 16.5s and yes i got a good deal lon the tires <i think> see my other post"Chasing BorregoK-5" i like my 1/2 ton axles ,they have clearance and are ligther so they are easier for my 305 to haul around . - Andy
There is a set in the local "bulletin board" sale paper. If you want I could get the number for you.
no thanks your are in alabama and im in cali ... too far i would think .
Uh, what does CUCV stand for /forums/images/icons/confused.gif I feel idiotic askin since everyone talks about em, but, to learn ya gotta ask lol.
NO stupid qustions . only ones that arent asked.
