I'm selling the Demon carb I had installed on by blazer. It has about 2000miles on it.

The reason I'm selling it is because I wanted to go back to poor man's fuel injection. The Demon would stutter on steep uphill climbs with big bumps. It never died, just bogged real bad. I'm sure it was from fuel slosh out of the bowl vents. Never had problems on the street or moderate trails.

These are awesome carbs for the street and easy trails. I think they would work awesome in the mud too. I have one on my cuda and love it. I would keep this one but I just don't have anything to install it on. I already missed some of the tuning features when I was tuning the Quadrajet.

Here's a pic for those of you not familiar with demon carbs. Here's a link to their website.

Just to name a few features I can think of:
/forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif External float adjustment
/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif Sight glass for front and rear float level
/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif 4-corner idle mixture
/forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif Changeable vacuum secondary springs
/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif Nonstick gaskets

And FYI a 625 Demon is the equivalent of a 750 holley. Demon flow tests their carbs with an air/fuel mixture, not just air.

I will post pictures of the actual carb in question if there is any interest.

Would like to get $280 /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif
