I found these on ebay, do the look decent, Disk Brake Braket Link
They look like Misfit's brackets and I think he was selling his for $65. I think!
How sells the best brackets, or are they all the same. I like the one with the 1 piece solid spacer not the four individual ones, I thick it would put less stress on the bolts, but forgot who makes them.
I make the set with the one piece spacer. I felt the same way as you when I decided to build mine. I am still selling them if your interested.
I bought mine from Derbinator for that very reason. They are top notch! The install went very smooth. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif
I'm asking $100 a set. I have a ad in the for sale section also where you can see some pics.
Those brackets look different than misfits and anybody elses. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
TSM prolly makes the best ones, but they are the most expensive. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif
any pics of the tsm ones
Here's a pic and description of the TSM 14FF kit: TSM 14FF kit.
I don't see how TSM's could be any better than Derbinators. In fact it seems to me like theirs might be a little weaker in design. Their caliper bracket isn't bolted directly to the housing, it is bolted to another bracket that acts as the spacer. IMHO it looks like a weaker design. My $.02
Heres a place that has the kits too.
Derb's look bester
