700R4 to Sm465 swap threads?

I may have already asked this but does anybody have a thread where somebody did a 700-465 swap or something of the like. I've never owned a manual and never messed with one so I'm going into this fairly blind. Any help I would greatly appreciate

search sm465 swap. I'm doing the same thing and the only question I didn't see directly answered is whether or not to switch out the TBI chip.

Answer was no, you don't HAVE to switch it out, but you will throw a light occasionally and it might stall on quick stops. Best to swap it out for the manual chip though.
