My replacement trans does not have the holes to mount the bell housing cover that the struts attach to. I was thinking of drilling holes in the new trans but the housing is not very thick (does not look strong enough). The old trans has threaded hole that are a lot thicker. O'well I guess I screwed myself live and learn.
