Those solenoids and vacuum lines go to the EGR valve,and I see yours is unplugged!...also some go to the EPR valve (heat riser looking dewhickey in the drivers side exhaust pipe with a vacuum canister operating it)....
I just left my EGR unplugged and the EPR too,it has a spring inside the canister that opens the butterfly ...haven't noticed any difference not having either of them connected really...if I had a J code intake factory it'd have neither of them anyway...dont know if I'll ever get the ambition to install the j-code one I picked up long ago...
