Just wondering if anyone has purchased the aftermarket anodized aluminum grille for a 72 C10 or K5 Blazer. If so how was the fit & quality of the grille. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Do you have a link? I assume you are talking about the outer part (1 or 2):

Parts 4 and 5 are plastic (at least what is referenced in this image form LMC and what I purchased from another source). One silver, the other chrome plastic. I can only speak to #4, it fit fine, but it is plastic so I am very careful with it when using the hood release. I didn't replace the outer surround.

I bought one of the chrome plated steel versions from LMC about 10 years ago. It fit decently. I did have to pull the center out some to get the proper fit to the hood and latch, which was only possible with the aluminum bar insert loose.
No recent experience, nor with the aluminum one.

I'm pleased with the gaps. The only criticism I can find is that the outer vertical sections, in front of the fender and beside the headlights, isn't glass straight before getting chromed. The stamping put tiny waves in those sections. For my personal preference, it's just fine. My truck is straighter and has more shine than they did from the factory, but not what I would call a show truck, so that's my view.
