73 - 80 81 - 89 Doors question

OK Besides being the top/roof differences what is different about the doors. I came across a smoking deal on some window felt and seals but the book says 73 to 80 trucks.

I am no expert but I can't see any difference in the glass areas of the doors. Any thoughts???

Think the insides differ; IIRC, '77 power goodies bolt up differently than '78+.

Oh, and, the door panels are different for '81+ 'cuz of the different wing window, right?

door for pickup is 73-87. door for sub is 73-91. door for blazer is 76 to 91. cab to door seal is the same. window seals and window channels are 73-80 and 81-91, door channel glass is 76-91.:rolleyes:
 
As far as i know the wing window was different. Everything else should be the same.

Yea thats what I was thinking. The 73 - 80 wind wing just turned to latch and 81-89 had the push button on latch.

The parts were all NOS in the GM paper wrapper:
339902 vent weather strip seal
6271903 window vent seals (2)
369557 vent window felt (2)
369558 door window strip felt
369557 door window strip felt

They sold for .99 each and $10.00 for the shipping
