74 K5 rear inner / outer wheelhouse replacement

Looking for advice on replacing the rear inner / outer wheel house on my 74 K5.
I just didn't realize the the outer was stamped as one piece withe the inner quarter panel...l need to replace the outer wheel arch, the inner is perfect.
My question is where do you cut the old one to still be able to use the bolt pattern?
Any suggestions from someone that has done this before would be great.

My tub has been hacked in the past before I got it. Someone pasted some quarters on it with angle iron and mud, but maybe these pics in my thread will help some? Good luck
