Martin….I’ve just been ogling the Cummins every time I walk by it in the old shop…which has been frequent because the 427 I’m building is in the next room!
When I get the Corvette driving again, this CCDRW will be next up for major project work!
Mark…he was a pipe fitter, but has become partially disabled due to service injuries (mostly joints related)
He’s admittedly in over his head in anything automotive wrenching. His 16’ Z-06 has been an ongoing PITA. He’s having a local to him hi perf LS/LT shop install a new engine and other upgrades. He bought someone else’s problem and it’s still snowballing on him.
He is interested in it all, never had a dad growing up, seems eager to see and learn, and he does a good job at bench racing!
