52" or 56"? I suppose I could measure them but I am at work.
I believe 52". The 56" springs alot of people are using are Ford.
They should be the 52" rear springs. GM didn't use 56's until a little later, I believe, and were used on 3/4 ton trucks and suburbans.
The Ford springs are the 57" springs. Those are being swapped in by some members here because they are super flexy.
thanks for the info but the "i believes" kinda leave me wondering. Anyone sure about the 52"? The reason I need to be sure is I want to order some today.
Thanks for the help.
ALL 1/2-tons (69-91) have 52" rear springs from the factory!
yep, what he said /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

So what about the fronts?
I ordered the Rough Country 6 inch with 52" rear springs today. Thanks for the help. Hopefully they ship fast so that I can spend my weekend working in the 10 degree weather! COLD.
