Well finally paid for subscription here and felt I should share the blazer that has been in the build stage for a while. First of all its a 77 gmc jimmy or whats left of one. I bought the chassis already built the way it is tube and all with the engine, transmission and tcase installed. Already had the 52s and 56s installed as well. At one point in time it was a proven rig driven on the street from time to time. I bought the chassis for a decent deal and have turned around and been putting in the time and money to get it back to its glory stages.

Specs---350 on propane, to th350 and np205 (all leaks). dana 60 front 14 bolt rear, 4.56s, welded front, and rear about to be welded up. I have a full set of front ten factory alloy shafts for the front dodge 60 and yukon superjoints with 35 spline flanges to be put in. Full hydro double ended howe ram (still figuring this out since I have hydroboost and I am confused lol). 42" iroks on double hummer beadlocks etc.. I have lots of little odds and ends to install but its getting close. Probably leaving out a lot but here is a pictorial of the stages from when I got it to about now......................

How I bought it...................

The 14 bolt with disks and have the 4.56 gears sitting in the box and just need to get it welded up. It now has brakelines (no pictures of that)

Bought a psc hydroboost reservoir and still haven't plumbed it to the howe double ended ram. (hoping to find some help and pics on here of how someone has done it possibly.)

Mounted the reservoir over the ugly engine (someday will clean it up all up but for now I just want to get this thing moving!!)

Bought a full hydro mount for the ram, welded it up and found out the clearances were too tight to the stock engine crossmember for high steer and welded on the mount too far back on top of axle so cut it all off and got a buddy to help me fab up a new one. He did a hell of a job on the new one. He also made a new engine crossmember out of tube further back by oil pan and the only clearance I have to worry about now is the harmonic balancer. Got about 6" before it hits.........

So now I just need to plumb the steering, bleed the brakes and steering, put the shocks on and purchase two more for rear, and just lots of little odds and ends to actually move it!!

Someday would like to clock the tcase up and add a 241 doubler, maybe get rid of the crazy bodylift (lots of work since it is built into the cagework), boatside it and lots more.

Honestly for now I haven't wheeled in a year and I just wanna wheel!!!!!!

Looks like when you get this rolling, its gonna be a lots of fun.

Make sure to post some pics wheelin.

I like stuff like this.

I need to get a double ended ram and go full hydro too, but same problems as you LOL

Just need to get the ram and cut till it fits I suppose

Well my steering all fits good now just need to figure out the hose routing and what hoses I don't already have. The more important part to that equation is having the money to buy the hoses since its that time of the year where I gotta buy gifts and must neglect the blazer ugh lol.............

Small update.............Been slowly figuring out what I need fitting wise and hose wise to plumb the hydroboost brakes and full hydro steering and finally said hell with it and called up PSC motorsports and ordered what I needed as in what they told me hahaha. I can't wait to actually steer and drive this thing!! Haven't turned it on in over 2 months!!!
