77 K10 Stepper "The Grinch"

I looked at a stepside in HS but could never talk the old man into letting me spend my money on it. I wonder how things would be if I had bought it and not the camaro. Good looking truck. Tell us how you like the 6.2.

Yeah I have run through a few vehicals since i was young. My first was a 77 dodge Powerwagon M880 that was a ex park servace brush fire truck. If I knew then what I know now I would have held onto it and had a ready to wheel one ton..... I have a nice C10 with a built SBC for hot rodding around but I gotta say the stepper is more fun. I love wheeling something that cost less then the lift most jeepers run but goes good in the woods. Only problem is since my truck is still solid I just can't cut it up. So I will continue to wheel it but not beat on it too hard. I picked the 6.2 for MPG and range. Hope to get out and do some overlanding and remote camping and wheeling up in Maine. I will probibly hack up and really build the Suzuki Sj410 I have. It is just better suited to the tight woods here in the north east and I don't really care about it.

I will let you know how the 6.2 goes. Can't wait to get some turbo wistle coming out of this truck.

I really like mine. MPG is ok but it is far better than my old 350 and has good power.
