They won't, the k5 has a flat floor, while the suburban has a raised one. The k5 seats will sit way to tall.
It's possible that the pre-'85 (or '86?) K5 seats will bolt to the '81-'91 Suburban bucket seat tracks. I've never tried it yet. But even if it's not a direct swap, it will probably be the least amount of fabrication.
