i was wondering if any one might know were i could find some 8 lug 15" rims besides summit racing? any suggestions would be appreciated thanks for your time

ARE (American Racing), ProComp, Cragar, and many more companies make 15" 8-lug, so any place that sells any of those brands should be be able to get them, just a lot of places don't advertise them.

I know right off hand that Jegs, Summit, 4WP, and National Tire and Wheel advertise them on the websites.

Eaton makes some really good black steel ones. They're about the cheapest too. Call National Tire and Wheel. 800-847-3287. www.ntwonline.com

thats what i got on my k5. they are round and mount tires so im happy with them. they look alot better then wagon wheels do

I bought mine from 4WheelParts. But I had to get 2.75 backspacing to clear my calipers on the front and they just barely do. Keep that in mind too

Are all the 15 inch rims this way? Or do some clear rotors and drums?

I had 2.75" 15"x8" wheel and they weren't even close to clearing the front calipers. I had to take a lot of material off of the front calipers.

They fit the rear just fine.

Aluminum wheels are thicker, which probably means that 15" aluminum wheels on a D60 front end is probably impossible.

I have heard that some 2.75"s clear but have no first hand experience. I went down to my local tire store and got some cheep white steal 15x8 8 lugs for like 40$ each, they are not hard to find, just not usually stocked

Mine clear by 3/16" inch or so. $40 or so a piece from 4wpw.
