83 being converted to trail rig

Little late but I have had some of this pipemasters gauges. They kind of helped. But I spent as much time messing with gauge.

I hope you have better luck cause it would have been a huge time saver if I would have ever figured it out

Yes it's a needle thing.

I hope it helps. I can't see it not helping

Building trash in enclosure gates at a hospital where doing.

That's my Hobart 220 welding being fed by a bobcat

I so like this jd32 , here's 4deg of a 90bend. It's hoop for the Jeep bumper layer it out bent it and it turned out perfect

Actually amazed how perfect it is. Right between the headlights and lined up with the grill

My little man wanted to help make a bend.

Here's the tube we bent for the Jeep to bolt a high lift to.

Got the contour gauge. It's not as heavy duty as I expected for 54 dollar tool but does work.

Notice my first notch is way difrent

I was editing adding photos but went over the 10minote time frame so had to do a reply for the last one.

I'm a peeeon non paying member there's things I just can't do or see.

So I started thinking the pipe master didn't help much. But then I started useing a scrap peice to with the pipe master to cope the notch. Then I measure off the throat of the notch to the throat of the second notch. This took about 8 beers some cussing and bloody knuckles as my tubes wouldn't fit.
This tube fit perfect and is vert in headache rack.
It's still takes time but with gauge is less time by far. I've been notching and welding 3" pipe at work. This gauge has helped me see the Noth before I start cutting.

Sorry I'm not posting pics on the k5 build.

I'm learning to work with bending and round stuff on small stuff first. My Dodge headache rack is just about done.
