So I got a set of one ton axles for my blazer build. Spent all week so far grinding them down and disassembling for the rebuild. Found out today from the axle shop that they can’t get this discontinued Gm part # 15595830. What solutions have you guys been doing to remedy this. Can u buy a sleeve or machine out the housing? Please help!!!

84-85 saddle bearing solutions?

For those reading this post: thank you for the info. I called busted knuckle and they no longer do that because it leaves the wall to thin and it ends up breaking. So I am still searching for a bearing. But may just buy another housing so in the future I don’t run into this problem again when and if I ever need to rebuild it again.
The Timkin number seems to be 512224, I can't find one.
If @Wes Harden is right and the number is 512224,I think I found one:

that seems to be the correct Timkin number thou Timkin's online catalog no longer recognizes it. Skf number is DC57524.
So the bearing you can get for 1988 and older ( except 84 - 85 ) is timkin #R1581TV bore size 1.237" od 2.0472" width 0.765". I haven't found the small bearing size listed yet

I have 2 NOS GM "small" pinion gear pilot bearings for sale! Part #15595830, still in original boxes. If you have a late 1984, or 1985 14-Bolt FF axle, you most likely will need this long discontinued pilot bearing. No longer available through the OEM or aftermarket. $75 each, shipped to lower 48
