84 blazer manual rear tailgate

My uncle is looking for manual rear tailgate or just the insides to convert his over. If full tailgate needs to be nice and in texas unless shipping is not too bad.

I guess that is all that is needed. I have not seen that inside of the tailgate. Is it in good shape? do you have the crank handle? how much?
