Im putting my DD up for sale so i can have a down payment on a 06 Chevy.

Details:
86 3/4 ton 4x4
6.2 diesel/TH 400 auto/Np208
10 bolt front-auto hubs
14 bolt sf
Black/silver outside
Grey interior
Power windows/locks (some windows work slow)
Front/Rear Heat-A/C AC needs charging or converting to the new stuff
Reciever Hitch

What I used it for:
I drove this rig to work for the last few years.I have never had any problems starting it,even in the coldest weather(i usually dont plug it in,it dosent need it)
I tow my travel trailer a couple of times a year.

The honest truth:

This thing is slow. Expecially towing next to something 20yrs newer.
It is dependable & cheap. Not two things you usually find in the same package.
Could use some TLC. I have a trail rig,it sees all my time. All i have done to this sub is change all filters/fluids & drive. I cant complain a bit about how it has treated me.

The rest of the story:
Im asking $3000..........asking

I would be willing to think over trades, such as unfinished/finished trail rigs.

Or partial trades for a good car hauler.

Or,my daughter just turned 16,so i may think over any lil cars that a teenage girl might drive.....

Make offer or lets make a deal.......

Give me till the weekend to click some pics.

It hasnt rained here since Oct. & wouldnt you know its raining this morning....

The engine was replaced with a new one just before i bought it,maby 15-20k ago.
Millage shows 60k,but honestly could be 160k,260k:dunno:

Hi MUD>>> Rain? We should have 3 feet of snow by now, but we've had warm weird weather, and only 1 inch of snow on ground. Even Lake Placid, 1980 winter Olympics has no snow. Wild!
I guess your truck has TH400, which was the only trans avail with 3/4 ton. (Or GrannyLow 4 speed, very rare, only seen one). And then 3.73 or, yikes, 4.10's. Like mine. The thought is to fly in and drive it home. But reality says I don't have the time to waste on the road for a vacation. So maybe I'd buy it and take a Texas vacation, and ship it to NY.
Here's a picture of me and something I found im my docs... Thanks, Andrew Golt. PS Going out of town on busyness and dentist, YIKES. Home late, but two hours behind, so check mail late... AG
