87 S10 blazer torsion bars?

ive got a 87 S10 blazer 4X4 and i wanted to tighten the torsion bar adjustment bolts up all the way to get some extra lift can i do it without breaking the torsion bars? i have no plans on taking it off road for a wile so there will be no beating on them

yea you can but you need to get a alginment after you crank the bars or you will chew up your baljoints pretty quick

Not to mention will ride like crap, look like crap cause the tires will look like there is no motor in the truck, wear the tires out and along with the suspension. Do it a little not alot and you will be fine.
