I bought the cat-back high flow exhaust, from JC Whitney, for my suburban, with the 5.7L TBI engine. The new exhaust comes with a 3" pipe. The stock pipes were 2.5". Can anyone direct me to a y-pipe that will fit the stock engine, yet has 3" pipe output? Thanks.

1988 Burb should be a Y-pipe that terminates into a 3" single pipe from the factory.

Sure you have a 5.7 L engine? Every 5.7 TBI SUB/Blazer I have seen has 3" exhaust.
The 5.0 L had 2 1/2 inch exhaust.
Really dont need a new Y pipe. Unless yours is rusted out.
Just get a 2 1/2" to 3" adapter coupling.
