Hey guys, im new here. Starting to restore my blazer so figured ide get some ideas from yall.
So i got an 89’ k5 as my first truck, bought it 6 years ago from the original owner with 94k stock miles. Unfourtanetly i was in an accident in it about a year and half ago. So im finally able to restore it. My couple questions are:
1) Suspension - what route should i go.... standard leaf springs, coilovers or any other ideas.
2) Dash - i want to update and modernize the whole dash a little does anyone make a drop in replacment or know of a place that does them custom.
3) Seats - want to put captians chairs in do the silverado’s seats bolt right up and what works for the rear seats?
