89 to 91 Instrument Dash Bezel Replacement?

I've looked at LMC and Classic Parts trying to find a replacement Instrument Bezel but they all show up to 88' (with the radio cutout using the older two knob style).

I'm trying to find one that has the full, rectangle cutout instead of the radio shaft style. Anyone find another source?
