8mm Hex Head Wrench

I would try to cut a piece of allen wrench just long enough to fit into the socket of the bolt and stick out the top of the head long enough to fit a open end on to the piece of hex. you wont be able to use a hack saw or port-a-band to cut the allen wrench, there hardened. use a cut off wheel. then try to wrench it out that way.

has no one mentioned cut down an "L" allen wrench on the short side to jsut fit in the socket and put a snipe on it. I use box end wrenches as an allen wrench snipe, very similar to double wrenching. You need liquid penetrant too, the bolts look pretty dry in that pic you put up. cut off wheel/ zip disk to cut the allen....and cut up a cheapie not a Snap-on.

I have a whole drawer devoted to custom bent, thinned and cut wrenches allen keys and sockets. all of them are some sort of china brand or equivalent junk. all have served a specific purpose, and believe me it will get expensive "customizing" Snap-on and Mac stuff......

Cut up a craftsman....and then take it back and say it broke. :haha:

So the wrenches finally showed up yesterday, and they worked like a champ. Gotta love it when you have to wait a week to do a job that only takes 5 minuites.
