Mike,
I noticed that your brake booster is missing both support rods.
There is a round one that comes off the top of the bracket (behind the booster) and another stamped one that comes off near the prop valve and anchors down low on the cowl. Lots of stress on the cowl where the brake assembly bolts up...it will be important to add those back in before too much longer to make sure you still have room.

Tight, but it's in there. A little love and it will be nice.

24.25".... got it. Save those Leonardo DaVinci drawings for your own oracle notebook!!! Don't forget to sign and date them so they can be authenticated later on!

Looks great! You might want to think about drain holes in the front of the horns as I'm sure water/dirt would love to collect in there.

You will need to access that area to get it cleaned out, although with that much metal it will probably take till the end of Fordums next story before it will rust through

on the Fordum thing!
Might have to talk to my Father in law about buying one of those!I have a plan so far to install a plate on the bottom that should bolt up in at least 6 spots, all from the bottom.
What do you think....feet forward? If so, I need to read up on clocking the handle for the free spool.
That's awesome! Nothing to fancy... I like that.
I got all that stuff... but not the brake for a press. That would be super handy on the farm.Might have to talk to my Father in law about buying one of those!
F in the process of making a dedicated press for it though it would be nice to not have to lug it in and out of the press, its kind of heavy
