A bit more pic whoring

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

looks sweet! i want:bow:

looks nice!..

Thats a pretty bullet proof drivetrain your assembling there!..lets see,you could run at least 4 PTO's !--a winch,a hoist,another winch,and a blender!...:D ..

I bet you could climb a wall pretty easy with the tranny in first, and both T-cases in low range!..probably go about .05 mph !!..bet axle shafts get quite a tourque load in that situation!!..:eek1: ..not much you couldn't climb with that setup!..

Fred: LOL...closer to "Mr. Broke" than "Mr Money" now. :doah: Good thing for overtime...

Mike: Cases are painted, Rustoleum hammered silver. The NV4500 needs another coat to finish covering up the smurf blue that was on it.

Steve: Weight...200 lbs for the NV4500, 100 or so for the range box i think, another 150 or so for the 205. Add the bell and shifters and it's gotta be close to 500 lbs all together :doah:

Bob: 4 PTO ports and I'm using none of them. The crawl ratio with my 4.56's will be 100.78:1, and just as important to me is the final drive ratio is .73:1. Finally getting an overdrive behind my 6.2 will be a godsend. It should be a lot quieter on the freeway and get much better mileage. For wheeling, yes it should be able to snap axles at will... which just means 35 spline outers and some alloy shafts will undoubtably be in my near future. :haha:

Thats what I figured. They look good!!!! Cant wait to see it under tRusty.

You and me both...hopefully I can sneak some time off in september to get it swapped in. It sucked to have to give up my vacation time at the end of this month.

very nice indeed...........I'm in the process of purchasing 203/205 triple stick as we speak. but useing a manual valve body th400. I dig the semi-automatic :p:

LOL, nothing really wrong with the smurf blue, I just couldn't find anymore that matched so I decided on hammered silver instead. I mostly wanted them painted so it'd be easier to trace possible future oil leaks...to be honest the only parts that will ever be visible will be the shifters. :dunno:

They'll have no choice...I actually could have been a dink about it and took the time off anyways, but I felt it'd be more to my advantage to play nice right now. I may be able to parlay the two weeks i just gave up into three weeks later...:D

Ya, thats what I was thinking! THat would be nice! :D Plus it would give you plenty of time to get all your new parts installed! tRusty wont know what to do with all the new stuff on!

That is the exact setup I am looking to build and put in my K5 but I will have 5.13s cause that is what all the cool kids run:D .

Lookin Good Rene:waytogo: .

Remember when Tim ran this setup in his red SWB K10? How is your setup different than his? I know he ran the ORD Doubler, but is everything else the same?

I'll be finding whatever swap info i need as I go, but I'll definitely share afterwards. I think it should be pretty straightforward aside from having to build some crossmembers...
