So, Heather and her co-worker did the "Step up for SIDS" event today. I tagged along to snap a few photos. Before I knew it, the even coordinator comes up to me: -"Excuse me, are you the photographer?" "Nope, I'm just snapping some photos for Rainbows" -"Someone else was supposed to get a photographer, and he didn't show up, do you think you could take some pictures for us" "Sure, no problem" -"Do you want to volunteer, or me pay you - " "Nah, I'll just take some photos and you can look at them later" -"Allright, so maybe I can buy some pictures from you afterwards" "I'll give you my email address, and we'll sort it out later" It was a lot of fun, I had a blast, but I only had my small battery on me. It wasn't charged all the way because I was just going to take a few snapshots. My bigger capacity battery was at home on the charger I still took over 140 photos. Picked out some of the better ones, spent some time with photoshops and made two copies; one at full resolution, and some 533x800's for some proofs. I think I'm going to 'donate' the photos, retain my rights, and give them permission to publish for event promotion.
