Welll Ive got the fenders trimed and the passenger side fixed up good. Now what did yall do with the ebrake cable?

What axles are you running? And how much lift? I will assume you wonder about the length. I run a 12 bolt and my stock 10 bolt brakes. I have tested my truck out and the ebrake cables are long enough for 4 inch lift I have. To be honest though, the cable bends a lot at full droop (shock limiting), but doesn't apply my ebrakes. I was thinking of cutting my cable mounts off and dropping them down, but its working as is now so I am being lazy /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

Actually he means the e-brake cable that is no exposed to his tire from cutting the inner fenders.

Nick, I didn't worry about it. The cable is still there and my tire has never touched it. If you worried about the amount of crud that is going to be thrown at it, Just remember that the cable is exposed further back in the frame to the same crud. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

well i was just wandering where you routed it behind the fenderwell when the fenders were cut and the wells bashed in to the body. The cable is plenty long for the 4" lift and 10 bolts. Basicly what I need to know is will it mess up the cable if I bash the fender wells in.
