Gears around $200, Detroit Under $400, Install kit about $120. Goahead and do the disk brake swap around $150 to $250.

I always thought on an open diff., you could see the spider gears? Am I wrong or is just the 14 bolt different?

You can see the spiders on a 14 bolt, just not as much of them as a 10 or 12 bolt. In the red circle is part of the spider gear.

That is not a spider gear, that is the side gear that the axles goes into. :thumb: The spider gears are between both the side gears.
