FYI for setting up the crossover steering, WFO sells a Reid passenger side knuckle and steering arm that're built for crossover/high steer for the '05-'12 Super Duty axles:

Essentially it does, yes. I'll be building my own link kit with Fortify Off-road parts. Trying to get it ordered and worked out now.
