I've Googled this, and found JC Whitney for a JEEP, but I'm not sure if they're wide enuff for the Blazer, and I only want 4%, not the 6 or 8% they offer. And they're $$$ for a little chunk of 'luminum...

And where do YOU buy your U Bolts?

Be prepared to unbolt your spring pack and remove the broken wedges on a trail if you wheel with those. Ive been through around 4 sets and they always break and loosen the spring pack. Go with steel, or for the price, cut and turn your spring perches 4%.

Yeah most local spring shops will have aluminum ones. I've got them in the 2.5* flavor right now, guess I should find some steel ones.

You can even save a little cash by having a shop cut your wedges, and you drill your own hole. Pennys count too

I've got to say for anyone with even access to a welder, cutting and rotating the perches is not a big deal. It's a couple of hours work at most.

do not use aluminum shims.way too soft.i already had this happen with mine.i almost lost my axle out from under my truck.so i went with steel zero rates with 4 degree cut.it hasnt had a problem since.plus you get a one inch lift with it for cheap.i think i payed 50 for it.

Another factor to consider is that these wedges make the alignment pin in the springs shorter, making them harder to line up. Ask me how I know. Went with JKW's wedge that bolts to the spring pack with the alignment pin and couldn't be happier.

i got my u-bolts made in town. saved on cost, no shipping and they can do any size you need

I was going to get mine from JKW, but Teraflex sells them too and they are local to me. :D They also sell longer center pins. :D
