ok I went to the local 4x4 supply shop and looked at a body lift kit that was for a lat model chevy. What I'm planning on doing is just getting the plastic from a plastic dealer and make my own since I have to replace the body mounts anyway and all I can see to a body lift is longer bolts and the plastic spacers (I believe summits are rated at 50,000psi or so) So in this kit were the standard 3" or so round pucks and some like 1 1/2" figure these are for the radiator but why were there 4 of the 1 1/2"?

You call THAT...a 4x4....LMAO?

postion 1,2 and 3 are the same for body mounts rad is 1 front cab is 2 and behind driver seat is 3
position 4 and 5 are diffrent from 1,2 and 3. 4 behind rear seat 5 tailgate
1 1/2 is right for the puck size for 4 and 5

<font color=red>Let me at it I can break it</font color=red>

Why would the rear most 4 pucks be different than the others? I'd think the radiator pucks would be the ones smaller in diamater...Can I make them all the same size?

You can make them all the same size. However, the body lift pucks are made out of nylon, not plastic.

nylon plastic, it's all a poly material, I"ll just talk to the local plastic dealer and get some strong stuff.
