any artists out there

Can't there be a little coperation here. Maybe with a little assistance the official tee-shirts and hats can come out sooner. I don't think anyone is out to make money of/damage the good name of coloradoK5.com. It just sounded to me like a good idea.

And anyone who draws and can't scan maybe could fax or send it to someone who can? Just a thought.

How about a golf shirt instead of a T-shirt? They look classier (no offense to anyone). With the responses I've seen here for hats and shirts, there shouldn't be any problem keeping the cost down. We want to put forth the best image of 4 wheelers (K5er's) as possible! The artwork would look better if not blown up so much, too.

Just to let you all know, I am not doing this to make money.I am not a mechanic and you guys have helped me out alot. I can't answer many of the questions that are posted on this site. I am trying to arrange to get the shirts done as my contribution to this site. The printing field is my area of expertise. As for tarnishing the ColoradoK5.com name I would never do any such thing. With the right artwork these things will be as good as what you could buy in Walmart or Kmart.maybe better.Of course I would have to get Steve's approval. It would only be right even if I didn't use ColoradoK5.com. Please feel free to email me any artwork or you can fax it to me. [email protected] fax 407-896-5789 I will even give my home and work address and phone# so you don't think I'm trying to spoof anyone. Check out my web site and see that it's real.http://shoppersmart.com/dpi/ This is my company.

fix'n finally

Hey Mike,

Still gotta give Steve the benefit of
seeing/participating in/on whatever you
do with CK5. Steve HAS done a great deal of
work to make this whole thing go and
likely considers it "his baby". If
you're a computer guy you'd understand
that it took a lot of work to make
everything on the site work so flawlessly,
at least that's been my observation.
Steve MAY hope that this site can be the
next YAHOO of the 4X4 community and I think
he's well on the way to accomplishing
that goal.

Bottom line, I'm not brown-nosing Steve... I've
never actually exchanged e-mail with him but I
know how he feels when he PERCEIVES someone else
trying to capitalize on his investment.

Steve keep up the great work and Mike it IS a great
idea... If you haven't already, maybe a "voice to
voice" with Steve is in order.

Good Luck and I think I'm up for a shirt/hat,
whatever ends up out of this...

fix'n finally

I know it's not a K5 but it was just supposed to be a sample of what I can draw. I've been drawing since I could hold a pencil and do everything from cars, trucks, the human figure, fantasy, drafting, etc.... I keep thinking of sitting down and drawing my K5 but time is my biggest enemy....there just never seems to be enough of it ! If i do, I be sure to post it here.
L8r,
