I'm in the process of possibly acquiring a 47.5 acre riverfront parcel. The listing realtor is having problems getting ahold of the actual surveyed dimensions of the acreage- it seems that the seller is experiencing financial troubles and has bigger things to worry about than providing the realtor with the necessary paperwork. I'm curious if one of you engineering/mathematical guys could figure out some approximate boundary measurements from a drawing of the place, knowing that it is 47.5 acres in size. Can someone please help me out? I'll dig you a hole in exchange.
