i broke my front drive line today. need it fixed by the end of monday. any recommendations?
what he said. Never heard a bad word about their service, and their prices on parts is about as good as I have seen locally. Never had a driveline done there, but I did get D60 and winch rebuild components there.
YA six states if you looking for basic stock replacement. I also know of a place called driveline tech here in portland that builds beefcake ones if thats what your intrested in. Howd you brake it anyway?
I've got one in real good shape sitting in my shop I don't need anymore. If you're interested, let me know.
that would be cool, assuming it's for a 465/205, and if it could be here by tomorrow. i assume that won't work. gotta have it taken care of before i leave for AZ on tuesday, so i'm just gonna go have it rebuilt at that place y5mgisi noted. fwiw, pm me how much you'd want for it, i'm thinking i should start carrying a spare.
I second Driveline Tech. They can do just about anything you want. http://drivelinetech.com/
i'm gonna give em a ring tomorrow morning. they're in gresham tho, not down town. they're about 200 streets east of down town.
if you don't find one , I am sure we can find one here in AZ , maybe even my garage , I can look . Does it have flange or yoke at the case , and how long ?
Yeah you're right. They used to be downtown. Google maps still shows them being downtown too.
guess i better call'um too. After i got my 8" suspension in this is what i ended up with.
I tried duct tape but it was too wet to stick
Looks like you need a longer vent tube too
Lets focus on the thread here
I need alot of things. Actually the vent tube was in my way so i pulled it tight when i was working under there. i just need to pull some down.
driveline service , down near Jubitz truck stop . They do all my drive line stuff ( when I smash a tube or need one built . I buy all my parts from six states though . you are going to need to do some grinding on your 1310 cv set up to get alittle more flex . I just rebuilt mine but I know it's gonna go again down the road .
