My brother raises beef and he passed all his unwanted cuts off to me. I have this beef tongue in the freezer and want to know if any of you all has a good recipe? From what I understand, after you strip off the outer membrane, it looks like a regular chunk of beef. I was thinking of brining and smoking it, but if anyone has a recipe worth trying, I'm game. I also have a beef heart, not sure what to do withthat. I was gonna feed itto the dog, but the dog is no longer.
