I like it so far except for one issue. Some of the avatars and smilies are messed up on message boards.

For instance, pauly383k10 avatar looks like this:

    It's not even his truck.

I was using Maxthon, but I switched to Opera. They are close enough that I may switch back to Maxthon unless there's a fix for this issue.

    Anyone else have this problem?

    Any thoughts?

In my experience Maxthon & Opera are faster. I did use Firefox for a while.

Perhaps there is a Phantom in your Opera.

While i agree that opera is faster, i had alot of issues with it when i used it. This was quite a while ago, but i was not impressed. It seemed to hate any message board running on Vb, as it would screw up the avatars, quotes and attatchements pretty bad. I ended up having to switch back to Firefox.

Yeah it's just annoying enough that I'll probably switch back to Maxthon. I've never had any issues with it, I had just read that Opera is better. Not sure I agree.

I tried Firefox with the fixes you linked. It kept stalling out on a site I need a lot for work. I just said to hell with it and went back to Maxthon.

It doesn't give me problems; don't know why I switched. I think it is because I like to try new programs.

I used Opera as a browser a long time ago... shortly after Al Gore invented the internet.
