Hmm......What happened to your old ones? Might be able to get them at the dealer. Or try a shop that does ring & pinion's, and see what they say.

Aren't ring gear bolts left hand threaded? or am i on crack?
I'd try rearend specialties. I work one block away from there in Santa Clara.
OR you could always just find a bunch of bolts that are about the right size and just force 'em. Cross- threaded is tighter than lock-tite! /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

They come with a master install kit when swaping in a R&P set. Any place that sells your R&P set will also have or should have a master install kit, seals,bearings,ring bolts, etc....
You may beable to get just the ring bolts?

Yea, where the heck were ya? I talked to Tori and he said you had to do a fix in his driveway! I was out there fri-mon and couldn't find ya! Did you see the 70 (?) stepside with 12'' lift airbags and dually paddles that was some cool $**t!
Yes sirrie. In a day or two i'll post a thread with all the pic's and the story.
I got pic's of that dually paddles truck with airbags.
I got video of a jump that got me about 3 feet of air under all 4's. The biggest jump i've taken in the blazer.
When i came down, I broke a front shock mount on the axle tube, the battery came out of its mount and ripped the battery cables, and bent the electric fans and the bracket into the radiator. I fixed the battery, and got going again only to find a clanking noise a couple more dunes away. It was my electric fans chewing a hole in like 6 rows of my radiator. I had to get it towed all the way back to camp by my dad's jeep (and we ripped the back bumper and body mounts out trying to tow my blazer) , then we put my blazer on my dad's trailor and tow it into town where i dropped it at Tori's place and found that every automotive place was closed... except for there was a Kragen's open on Memorial Day... with a 4 core radiator IN STOCK!!!
I almost had to leave my truck behind for a day and come back for it with the spare radiator we have at home or the trailor and just tow the K/5 all the way back.
So $289 later without the brackets i'm doing the 4 core radiator swap i've been wanting to do.. just didn't plan on doing it in pismo beach... Thank god for my dad's box of like 20 bunjee cords. I just bunjeed that radiator and electric fans nice and tight and drove it home.
I should have the video clip of the jump in a week or two.

I have a buddy that lives in LosOsos (sp?) and he use to own a first gen K5. He welded a homemade truss the the front and could get that K5 airborn out on the dunes! He loved to hammer the throtle out there thats for sure!!!/forums/images/icons/smile.gif/forums/images/icons/crazy.gif!!
That was the first time I ever saw a K5 fly!!!
