Its not just AOL its AIM too... I got it today. What a pain in the arse. This one sounds like a real pain-in-the-butt but it's not really different from some of the things that are out there everyday.
As much of a pain in the butt as it is, folks need to start reading the mumbo-jumbo called an End User License Agreement. Whenever you install a piece of software you will come to a screen that forces you to accept or reject their license agreement. The license agreement from this nifty little gem says: "The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not PSD Tools assume the entire cost of any service and repair." That line shields them from almost all liability. So it doen't really matter what the software does.
Until our laws are revised, Hacking and Spamming are essentially "rights" that these sewer rats have.
This one is a incovenience. Wait until someone gets a keystroke logger installed on your machine without your knowledge. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
