Cool, Can't you edit the title of the old thread to reflect todays date?
Nevermind. I see you just did it.
I had been watching the thread that brought this on since the day it was posted,,,I showed it to my wife ( who is a board certifed federal tax lawyer and a former IRS lawyer ).....she claimed BS the first time she read it....
we just sat back and watched the fur fly....
good move mod's.....
yeah good thinking, a stamp of aproval will negate all the scrutany next time.
but paul you got the date wrong, what the hell year are you living in??
and it is not june eh its december, figgered you would know that but the 4 feet of snow out side your door, very unlike the 2 feet you would have in june!
also iy is the 24th of december not the 6th, i am pritty sre you kids want there gifts tomorrow not in 2 and a half weeks.
man you really were hammered on friday eh?
you must have had your "ONE" glass of wine right?
And there was peace on earth and good will towards men & goats.
So who wants to give me some dough?
I believe they measure in metres in Canada... Eh, we got five and one half metres of snow. We better wear our green coloured tukes to the theatre.
you know how much that is? 5.5 meter is around 18 feet!
even can man don't get that much!
After taking a look at the date on the forum rules it appears as though those crazy Canadians read backwards or something.
It's us who read backwards, almost the whole rest of the world prints dates that way.
Nope, it's just Paul that dates stuff backwards...
I changed it something that makes a bit more sense to all (myself included)
What do you expect from a guy who has had his head stuck in a pipe for 72 hours. I think he's been cracked on the noodle with the backhoe one too many times.
Geez, we've been through this before...........
My company uses the Year/Month/Day format for everything. Every piece of paperwork I complete, from time slips to service orders to repair sheets, are dated that way. For example, today is 06/12/24.
I'd like to see some of you try and change something you've been doing for 18 years.
dood, DO NOT forget to check the air in your tyres before you leave!
I know brother, that why i was buggen you!
as long as you know what your talking about!
As mentioned before you are one of the few here that writes the date the right way.... Just the americans and the germans that writes it backwards . The rest of us writes year/month/day.
I write it as I'd say it. Today is December 24th 2006. I'd never say it 2006 December 24th.
it's not a matter of right and wrong...just plain logic for simplicity sake
In the year of our Can Can, two thousand ought 6, month being December, the 25th day....
Separate names with a comma.
