I am adding a few electronic devices to the Suburban and I am at the point I need another fuse block so I am not cobbling up the factory one with additions. Right now my add ons are a usb port, rear view mirrior with compass/temp, 700r4 lockup, and a glow plug over ride with 12v relay. I see stuff coming up in the future and I'd like to know what you guys are running.

I just went to the junkyard and cut out an under hood relay and fuse box from a GM. $15 and I got a ton of relays with it. I actually went back and grabbed an extra.

Thanks, looks like Blue sea is a winner. I'll have to check the junkyards around here and see what I can find.

I like bluesea products and have their breaker switch, but didn't go with their fuse box .I would have still needed to figure out a place for some relays. An oem box was a cleaner solution.

Eaton bussman. Waytek has them. I dont know much about blue sea, but the bussman series uses mini blade fuses, and 35A relays in that form factor are tiny. The panels are well laid out, seem quite beefy, and are fairly well setup to run whatever combo of battery and ignition 12v you need.

We are going to blow up some vehicles this week so I’m going to scout out what they still have left on them as well.

The Bussman has tempted me on more than one occasion to get one of the larger ones and rewire the whole truck to eliminate the stock fuse panel. But it's not another project I need.

Painless has one I used piece of cake .

I am using one from a 90s windstar, but for the circuits you listed, I think the blue sea 6 circuit would be good. They are rated at 30a max per circuit, 100a max total. I have one of those as well but haven’t wired it up yet.

I just wired up my glow plugs to a manual switch and I hate being under the dash, its time to get the 2nd fuse block installed in then engine bay.
