Hmmm lets see. Looking to swap my D60 in place of my D44. Not today and prolly not any time soon, but the question is in my head.

I need to cut down my zero rates so I can have the proper caster. The shims I have are not enough and I already have crossover draglink to leaf spring clearance issues.....so going with a thicker shim is out of the question.

Here are my questions.

*When I swap axles, will the caster be way off again? Or does caster numbers usually stay close between axle swaps?

*Does the steering arm of a D60 sit higher above the leaf springs or lower than it's counterpart the D44?

Thanks

Your caster angle should remain very much the same it is now.

I think the D60 arm will be higher.
