Well, I have had these designed for a while now, and have a few sets out there running around on the trails, but I just finally had a chance to get them listed up on the website. They are simple, super strong weld-on beadlock kits, and include only the inner and outer rings - no fasteners or anything to add weight for shipping. They are designed to use basic 3/8" bolts, washers and locknuts that you can pick up at your local hardware store. The inner ring is made from 1/4" mild steel plate that welds to the outside of your existing steel wheel, just inside of the lip for a nice, easy weld. The outer ring is made from full 3/8" thick mild steel - less of a chance for coning, leaking, and just plain beefy to stand up to abuse from rocks and trees. We like using plain hex head cap screws for fasteners - the heads of the bolts will actually give you a little traction when against the rocks, and if you damage one too much just grind the head off and replace the whole bolt with another. No threaded inserts for bolts to break off in, and no countersunk holes to make it difficult to get things apart after being damaged.
Pricing is $85 per wheel for the 15" variety, and $95 per wheel for the 16".
