Well I am even more impressed. I am a true fan of driving and love the idea of driving my Blazer to the trail, and driving it home after a fun day 4 wheelin. I guess the old saying of keep it simple really pays off.
With some extra stuff...![]()

. But I had a lot of fun in Moab the last 6 years - on a lot of the other trails... and the truck is still highway-capable and has carried me faithfully all over the Southwest.

And he had some Good Help/Spotters getting through Pritchett.
, and I needed all the help I could get to make it to the top with a somewhat intact truck
. Just like the first time, 5 years ago. Only that the darn trail has become a lot harder in the meantime. I mean, back then, I was able to drive RockerKnocker (with a safety strap courtesy of therobzilla, and three spotters...

. Let me tell you, the biggest problem really is the transportation between the airport and the truck's location. BTDT. My truck is gonna stay out west. No way I'll bring it here to the swamp.
. And should your journey bring you through Baton Rouge, you have my number...
