BB24 last minute thrash

New heater core and hoses in, new bracing for fan shroud, plug wires, charged battery .
Need to do an oil change, clean it up, get rid of unused wiring and pack parts and tools, bolt and nut check, grease everything...

I installed new batteries last weekend, but didn't take a drive. Haven't driven my Jimmy in months because of knee surgery and too much other stuff!
I need to change the oil and give it a quick check and cleaning. Crossing my fingers that most everything is good!

Got my blazer washed today , top comes off tomorrow, then load it on trailer and load some spares and tools , leaving Tuesday.

Washed the outside today, checked all fluids, and took it for a drive...
Motor mounts in my brothers S10. Boy those are fun! I couldn't imagine doing those in an IFS S10!
As another BB approaches, I ponder my ability to keep f'n 134 in my a/c system.......
Right after the a/c pic was taken, I picked the idle speed up to 1500 rpm, to check pressures at higher than idle speed. The compressor shut off, and I checked the low side. Not low enough to cycle, but the high side was coming down from 350 psi! About the time I was going to shut the engine down, I realized that the clutch fan wasn't blowing much air. It then started picking up speed and started roaring. The high side dropped back to normal!
Than God, that I had installed a high side safety switch into the back of the compressor!
Time for a new clutch fan!
