Why am i having such a hard time finding a replacement fan for my 87 k5 tbi? it's the 5 fin blade, but 7 is fine with me also, but I can't find a local parts store or one online with a replacement in stock. I can find the clutch, the shroud, and electric fans no problem. Anyone have an idea where to look before i opt to look for a used one?

I had the same problem with Eileen's Corvette. The one I could find was just under $400. Found a truck 7 blade. Had to cut it down to fit the shroud.

This is the fan I am running on my 77 burb 350 with v belts.
Apparently had a loose bolt come more loose and rubbed on all the fan blades nicking it. Getting a weird vibration/sound like maybe it's not balanced anymore.
yeah don't wanna trust damaged fan blades, could come apart at any time and hurt someone, not to mention the under hood carnage
eBay. I bought a nice 9 blade for the big block
I do not have one to sell at the moment.
